Working toward an easier day-to-day is a step away.

We’re so glad you’re taking the step to look for support in finding resolve amidst the stress of life.

What do we specialize in?

Anxiety

We’re here to help manage the anxieties of our lives: academics, relationships, work, or more clinical aspects like panic-attacks or social anxiety. Together we can learn skills to cope with these factors.

Depression

Depression is more than just being sad. It can look like difficulty sleeping, decreased focus, irritability, withdrawing, and more. Often we feel alone, yet 1 in 25 youth deal with depression. Let’s take it on together.

Trauma Processing

Sometimes we face extreme incidents in our life that impact us. Because of them we may face nightmares, anxiety and depression, and increased sensitivity to our environment. Together we can process them and take steps to move forward in our lives.

Relationships/Communication

Our relationships with others are crucial to a happy, healthy life, but sometimes there’s difficulty in connecting. Whether it’s with our family, friends, romantic partners, or others, we can work on building effective communication strategies to develop better connectedness.

Identity

Figuring out who we are is an important part of adolescence and young adulthood. “Who am I?” is an often intimidating thought, which we can unpack. Together we can explore aspects like culture, gender/sexuality, spirituality, and future goals to find a greater sense of self.

Life Adjustments

Changes happen, and they can be hard. A new school, moving, changes in family structure, or the passing of loved ones are major life events that can cause anxiety and other concerns. Therapy is a place to find some centering amidst it all.
